Here’s our weekly round up from the Tyburn neighbourhood policing team.

 What’s been happening:

Tyburn Neighbourhood Officers have been conducting arrest attempts to try and drive down outstanding offenders

PCSO’S have been assisting our constables with various incidents across the Tyburn area including the recovering of vehicles such as vehicle used in crime.

Tyburn neighbourhood officers have done a voluntary interview for a child who carried a knife into school. This has resulted in the child being dealt with accordingly and education around knife crime given.

PCSO’s have been conducting patrols around our Retail Area’s to give Reassurance to the public and shop staff and to Deter Shop Theft.

PCSO’S have been conducting vehicle checks. If any of these come back without tax, MOT or insurance the registered keepers will be reported for these offences and their vehicles will be recovered.

PCSO’S have been attending schools to show our presence and make ourselves known across the area as well as checking cars are parked considerately when dropping their children off at school.

PCSO’S have been attending events across Tyburn including two pop up community surgeries, some concerns have been shared with the police and will be addressed in due course.
